Amount deducted from my Credit Card on Feb 4th 2015 :D

This is positive news for me but can anyone confirm to me on what basis they deducted my Credit Card (was it my points eligibility or papers complete?)

what are next steps from here?

Hi,

Your CC charged because CAP is still on.. Otherwise they will return your application.

Fees encashed after INITIAL review of your application by CIO, will look back to your application again and depend on the last review they will issue PER or NER.

After your final eligibility review is complete at CIO (if successful) you will receive confirmation of positive final eligibility review (PER).

After encash of fees most of CIO will issue PER in 30days, NER chances are very less at this stage.

There have been cases where pOF was re-asked. Nowhere it is written that statement is better than certificates, but anyone would guess statements are 1000 times stronger proofs than certificates (statement shows the trail, certificates don't).
