Here is your next step. I have sent mine:
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/send-email-to-simona-chiose-schioseglobeandmailcom-globe-and-mail-reporter-t372026.0.html

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/news-globe-and-mail-talks-about-cec-delay-t373727.0.html

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/i-encourage-everyone-to-share-the-article-about-our-delay-on-fb-and-twitter-t374185.0.html

I got this response from the Simona:

"Thanks for your note. I will be following the story and continuing to ask CIC and the new government the cause of the delays, when they will be resolved and whether there will be any change to immigration policies for international students and skilled workers. If I have any questions about your situation, I’ll be in touch in the next few weeks."

I enjoin guys to send an email to this reporter so at least she a good knowledge of the number of people involved.

Tnx.
It all for our own good.

We are not protesting, we are just seeking information and letting everyone know the current situation of things.

Yesterday, I got a message on ECAS like this: "We sent you correspondence on June 29, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

On the email on June 29, I was asked to provide medical and RPRF. Actually, according to my GCMS notes, they received my medical and RPRF long time ago. I do not know why they put a message like that on ECAS now.

I still have three lines :o

Hello everyone,

I got a new line in my account stating correspondence sent etc... I have already submitted by Medical and they have received it. My RPRF fee was also paid and the receipt was sent to email provided in the CIC request email. I am not sure now that I had to send the receipt via post aswell? Does anyone know if the RPRF receipt had to be sent by post and if so what address? Please respond.

No need to do that if you have sent the receipt to CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca .

many people who did not have some lines earlier their ECAS was updated on the weekend thats the reason you might have received the new lines.

There is nothing need to be done. They just updated the ECAS profile because some of their emails have not received by the people. So, they started to mention in the ECAS that in case you have not receive any email, you be aware of that and contact them. This actually happened to me once.

Well, it has finally happened to me too. Now my eCAS shows:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on December 24, 2014.
2.We started processing your application on March 17, 2015.
3.We sent you correspondence on June 2, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
4.Medical results have been received.

Line 3 was never there before. It showed up when I checked eCAS today. That is the old email from when I was told to get my Medical, submit RPRF and the Police Certificate for my wife. All of these were done right away and all has been submitted. I'm going to have to call tomorrow I guess to see what it is that they think is missing.

I, too, had called them today and got the same response. It seems they do have some way to take action on delayed applications. It could be just sending an email to CIC, requesting a response from VO.

She told you to wait until December? Gosh, that means I have to wait until Feb. 2016 ???
