Hi All

I completed my medicals and report sent on Aug 21 (eMedical)
I dont see any update in online status, its same for last 3-4 months

When can i expect to receive a Passport request
after passport is sent , how long it takes to get passport back in hand
I have a tentative travel plans coming up in Nov

dude..dont expect anything right now from CPCO ..has they have not sent a PPR since 20th of july to any FSW 2014 applicant.
GEnerally it took a month to get the PPR after the MEdical submission but now there is not definite timeline..all of us are just waiting ..
i like you have plans to travel in November and i am totally confused as to what's going to happen..!

Hi guys,

While we are all waiting here, maybe you can help me with this issue.
I submitted an application for BOWP but I didn't submit explanation letter .... Is there anyway to fix this ????
I called the call center but they said that there is no way to add more documents now ...
Do you have any ideas ????

IS there a timeline to send in passport after passport request?

Yes it's within 30 days of receipt of the PPR request !!

I am feeling this waiting is like forever.
HKVO has issued PPR for the people who finished MR on Sept. 4th :o
What's going on :(

Hi Everyone,
I have just been reading your posts on this topic, it's good to see I'm not the only person waiting on CPCO as I sent my medical results at end of May & no news since. The only difference I have is that my application is via the Federal Skilled Trades, my timeline is as follows.
Application received 24/12/14
PER received 28/01/15
Medicals requested 02/05/15
Medicals received 24/05/15
Regards,
Daz.

Hey guys,

I just heard back from my attorney with an update that he has received passport request for me. I will be sending it out as soon as possible as I plan to travel in a month. I had couple of quick questions and would really appreciate if someone can answer:

1. Any preferred courier service that you would suggest? FedEx maybe?
2. For all those who have already done it from US, is there anything else that I need to keep in mind when sending my passport across borders? Any accompanying documentation?
3. As I mentioned earlier, I plan to travel in a month. Is CPCO consistent with stamping and sending the passport back in 2 weeks? I mean I have some margin but just want to know from your experiences.

Thanks.

Congratulations! You have been waiting for a long time and finally we see some progress from CPCO.

No PPR, see anyone else will answer your question.

BTW, when did your attorney received the PPR email? Thanks :)

Thanks man! It sure was hell of a wait.
You're right. Finally some movement. Although I am not sure if it is related or not but I had raised a CSE last week and had also received a response to that along with an email from attorney. But it did happen.
I believe he received the request at some point this afternoon. I had talked to him at noon and he didn't have anything then.

Congrats ;D ;D

1. Fedex for sending and in return label
2. Nothing required
3. I got my passports after 22 days (you can include a letter mentioning your travel plans. and send them an email later stating the same)

Thanks Vinaj!! Well for now I am just sending it to my attorney. So I am guessing he will create the return label.
Good suggestion on including a letter. I will make sure it is included when we send the passport on Monday.
