wow , thanks for a quick response,
no i would like to go ahead for both, without withdrawing the normal pr application, (i think i can ::) ?, i know i will have to pay fees again)
can u pls explain how to access ss (i think full form is spread sheets, right ?)
thanks again diplomatru

Believe me, you will just waste money. If you received MR it means the CO made a selection decision in favour of your eligibility. At this stage they must complete admissibility assessments: meds, security and criminality. If you pass them, they will issue a visa. If not - they will reject your application, but you will still have to pass them after EE eligibilty is assessed (and consequently, fail them again). To sum up, after selection decision you are not doubling your chances, but just throwing money away. Google fswp 2014 spreadsheet.

I think I have to wait at least 75 days from the PER date to expect MR, then after that I can request another GCMS notes

Timelines vary so don't get frustrated.

Along those same lines, what is the meaning of FSW1, FSW2, FSW3? I just put FSW1, withouth knowing what the "1, 2, 3" means.

FSW1 = Federal Skilled Worker, the one denotes the first category and means you are applying for PR under the listed of occupations and without a job lined up, FSW2 is the second category and this is for those who have arranged employment either them being here on a TWP or they have employment arranged based on obtaining PR, FSW3 is for those those have studied at university and have worked for at least 12 months in Canada following completion of their studies.
