Believe me, you will just waste money. If you received MR it means the CO made a selection decision in favour of your eligibility. At this stage they must complete admissibility assessments: meds, security and criminality. If you pass them, they will issue a visa. If not - they will reject your application, but you will still have to pass them after EE eligibilty is assessed (and consequently, fail them again).
