My ecas status has been changed to Decision Made
Previously, I had only two lines(1. Application received on sept 8 (2.) Medical results have been received.) in my update. Now it shows 4 lines.

I am July 11th applicant and got PER on Nov 05th. After that they required additional document from me on Dec 10th, which was received by CPC-Ottawa on Dec 22nd.

Even there is only first line there since PER.

I received GCMS notes last week but the last note was that they received additional document on Jan 05, 2015. After that there is no action/movement.

He already got in on Apr 9. Ecas lag is 3-4 days.

In my case:
Processing started Dec. 19, ecas - Dec. 23,
Meds recvd Mar. 23 (due date), ecas - Mar. 27,
PPR Apr. 10, ecas - waiting

Dear All,

We finally got Visa and CPR.

Here our timeline:

App date: June 6th, 2014
PER : Oct 08th, 2014
MR : Nov 27th, 2014
Medicals and FBI sent on: March 17th, 2015
PPR : March, 23th 2015.
Passports arrived to CPC: March 24th.
Passport return with Visa and CPR: April 13, 2015.

Hi Diplo,

Congratulations to you for your PPR,
I have small concern about my situation. I received my PPR on 18th March and submitted to Ottawa CPC on 19th March but it was delivered on 23rd March. My Visa office is London uk and they were saying if you and your accompanying members are already in Canada then you can submit to Ottawa office otherwise send it to us using VFS service. As we are already in Canada I post here after ward there is no any message even my ecas is not updated yet, it still shows on third line there is no decision made line.

Could you please share your experiences what would be next steps and how long they usually take to return passport back it is more then 3 weeks.

My application was processed at CPC-O entirely, so you have a slightly different situation. Technically it is the LVO that should update DM status but it's not relevant at this point. The stamping takes up to a month, so you are within normal timelines. Do you have a signature of the mail room person who received your envelope?

Thanks for reply.
I do not have a copy of signature with me right now but I call cic call centre last week and agent was saying, they have received our passports but she said she can't tell me further. That means I'm preety sure Ottawa office received our passports in correct destination.

What do you say about next step. My concern; Do they request passport first and made their decision or Do they make the decision first and request for passport??
