Finally FBI PCC received!!!, My timeline: App Received by FBI: Oct 16th, 2014. First PCC sent by FBI: February 09th, 2015. Result: lost. Second PCC sent by FBI: March 05th, 2015. Result: received on March, 16th, on US address. Already sent to CIC Ottawa and signed by Jocelyn.
