Hi Guys & Gals,

I need your help pls, i had sent an email to VO asking for application status on March 10th but till now i didn't get any reply.
Also i raised a CSE 10 days ago and i didn't get any reply.
Now i called CIC call center and agent told me that VO finished background check and your application is waiting for final decision but he didn't tell me is there any positive or negative sign on my application, what does this mean?

Appreciate getting your feedback.

The CIC agent wouldn't tell you what is the final decision on your application such important news would have to be delivered by mail/email. As for VO or CSE not getting back to you, you can send another email/request not responding to you doesn't necessarily mean good or bad

That's exactly why I think it is better to "spell out" the date like October 31, 2014, to avoid confusion. The rest of the world does not use MM-DD-YYYY
