No, it is not mentioned anywhere for which program it is issued but my 2nd line on ECAS for FSW is updated today so I guess it is RPRF for FSW.
Today I also received MR for me and my spouse like seniors here said.

Anyone whose PP reached on 13th or 14th January get his/her item processed. It seems canada post activation happen around late evening only
