I would like to know What Final Review looks like at Ottawa VO, As they said my application in the queue for A final review.

Do they recheck all documents again or they just take a final look

By Final review it means, going over the application again while doing security check. Usually, Senior officer do that.
That's the reason additional document request was received by brother Diplomatru. Once you receive MR and RPRF that indirectly means 95% your application is approved.

*That's my understanding.

But, I have not seen any more cases rather than Diplomatru asking for more documents.

I think it is definitely rare.

As by translation Final review should be done only after all process steps have been fulfilled and they just want to be sure that they have every component of a complete application.

Vijay,
don't panic. Did you send prepaid label or prepaid envelope? Usually, people who didn't send a prepaid label got their PP in regular mail which would take at least 1 to 2 weeks. With prepaid label or envelope, most of them received within 1 week to 10 days. I am sure you will receive PP by next Thursday.

my PP reached CPC on jan 13th, and they sent out on 21st. Since, I sent self-addressed prepaid Xpresspost-USA envelope, it would have been easy for CPC to stamp the visa and put PP in the envelope. as per the tracking status, I will get the packet tomorrow.

Indeed, this wait for PPR is killing...its been 3 weeks my FBI PCC reached them. No words, no replies.

No, it is not mentioned anywhere for which program it is issued but my 2nd line on ECAS for FSW is updated today so I guess it is RPRF for FSW.
Today I also received MR for me and my spouse like seniors here said.

Is it mentioned somewhere if the RPRF has been issued for your CEC or FSW application and has the 2nd line appeared in your ECAS?
