Guys please do not be panic with a reasonable reason.

This may happened because of the recent France attacks beside the applicant himself is from Iran where some people caused many problems in the world like Australia.

So that does not relate to other visa offices and i think they will some more deep criminals and security checks and that is it.

My passports reached CPC on the 12th. I did not send a prepaid shipping label from Canada Post along with my passports because I couldn't purchase it using my U.S. credit card. Yesterday (21st), I received an email from CPC saying that my passports are ready to be shipped but they wanted to confirm my address because they will have to send them back by regular mail. They asked me if I can send them a prepaid shipping label. I told them the problem with prepaid label and they replied with the options to have someone (relative or friend) in Canada purchase the label for me or they can send the passports to someone (relative or friend) who lives in Canada and that someone can send the passports to my U.S. address.

I could finally find a relative to purchase the prepaid label from Canada Post. I attached the prepaid label to the email from CPC per their instructions. Now, I have a tracking number. I hope this helps.

I was asked to send proof of funds for my family on 5th Dec. 2014 and I sent it on the 12th of Jan. 2015.

My ecas still shows in-process with just one line.

Thankfully CIC doesn't think like you as there are many applicants from all different Muslim countries. If country of origin was a criteria to filter applicants they would have not processed any applications from Pakistan, Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Nigeria or even France after the recent problem caused by the originally Algerian guy. . . . . and you know the reason.

Perhaps this was a good practice for you before arriving in Canada. Be careful what you say or how you say it cause it's a very sensitive topic and some people get in trouble for that in Canada! good boy . . . .

With prepaid label or envelope, most of them received within 1 week to 10 days. I am sure you will receive PP by next Thursday.
