There are some applicants who haven't seen a third line update since November, so it's luck-based. I completed the ME on Jan. 5, and the results were uploaded on Jan. 8 and CAS is still as boring as hell

You drove 1,000 KM to deliver the package by yourself? How much did it cost for you (apart from time and stress on your body)?

Not sure why you did that, but UPS delivered my package in 15 hours for $45 from USA. (Next day delivery : weight:0.5 lbs and I dropped the package @ 6:30 PM)

Any specific reason you choose to drive 1000 KM in winter? (apart form fun though )

good for you. yeah it did cost 100 dollar gas for me. Winter drive is not bad.
By the way I wonder why orange_girl did not update her entry.
i am sure she should have the passport with visa stamped ,by now.

My passport got indeed delivered at 1 pm today. However, I will get a hold of it only on Thursday. Therefore, I haven't updated the SS yet. Cheers!

I park my car in underground car park right across the road of the building(365 ). Nothing special in submitting PP. The building is multi story one. One can see on google maps street view. I enter and ask security that I want to give package. He directed me to mail room.It is 10 steps on left side. A lady their see my packet address. She said this is the right address/location for packet. I told her passport & letter is inside. She nodded and seems expecting passport inside. Thats it. I came back and drive back to Toronto.

My passport has been received by CIC today afternoon. Hope I will get it back soon.

Thanks, will update as soon as I get it! Btw, although this question is a little premature, have you thought about landing yet? Can you share your thoughts about landing at the border vs CIC office?

Border landing is quicker than CIC office. Because, for CIC office, you have to take an appointment that will take 4-6 weeks waiting period. My friends were landed at the boarder last month.

Well, they don't reject an application at this stage without giving you a chance to answer to their concerns, so as long as you don't receive any notification from CPC-O, consider your file to be in routine processing and stop looking at others' timelines as it leads only to stress.

I just checked the canadapost tracker, and my tracking number is activated.. hoping to receive my passport in a day or 2 days...
