When did you send your questions to CPC-O?
How much time did it take for CPC-O to answer your question?
Did you use their email address for contacting this visa office?

first I replied back to their PCC mail on 15th nov then again I sent separate one to the email address i got from my PCC mail on nov 17th
i got the reply on nov 24th (no idea from which email they replied it )
I did a case specific inquiry on that day also

but I got the reply from this address: Citizenship_and_Immigration_Canada@cic.gc.ca
this address is not the one which was given in the email..

Thanks a lot :)

CIC wants me to submit recent 6 mo bank statement, MR and FBI police check on Septemeber 25. I fedexed all of them on Oct 23.. I also sent them an email to let them know that.
No response since then. Shall I send them another email?

Dear all,

I am here to share that I received a request for MR, RPRF fees and remaining PCC today from Ottawa.

Also, has anyone done medicals in the Washington DC area?

No need to send another email. Usually they take about a month to respond to emails. But, if you can track your fedexed documents and they reached the address then you got nothing to worry.

Thanks a lot :)

Hi
Is your online status shows medical received ? Based on online statistics for CPC-Ottawa,
http://tinyurl.com/FSW14-Spreadsheet
The PPR request comes on average around 41 days after medical received by CPC-Ottawa My sibling did medical this Monday, & we send all documents yesterday that includes 6 months bank statement ,Indian PCC, RPRF fee receipt & medical receipts. I hope we will get PPR before Christmas time. If the response require is of urgent priority, they will respond within 3 hours. It happens with our case as we ask if the 4 month earlier received Indian PCC is fine to send?
Later yesterday we send another email ,sending them scan copies of receipts with courier information. As expected they keep quite. So I guess thier is no point in sending another email for you. Just wait for another 2 weeks, you should get PPR

Congrats..!
How long it took you get your pasport back?

It was delivered to CPC on Nov 5 and got it back on 22nd.

Does the online status change before/along with MR? I mean the only thing I have in my online status is:
1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 8, 2014.

This means, there is no way the MR email or request of update has been sent and I have missed it somehow, right?

Mine says the same thing... "We received your application for permanent residence...."
I did receive an email to submit FBI Clearance Certificate.

I am not sure if there is an Interview location in USA. As far as i know there used to be one, but not anymore.

Experienced friends,

is it compulsory if i put cpc-ottawa as immigration office (answer to question no.4), is it compulsary to travel ottwa to attend visa interview?

or can we mention just USA as immigartion office so that they may ask to attend some visa office at usa

Please advice

Thanks
