So you should mail ( not email ) them the docs
In my case i will be mailing

• RPRF Receipt
• Indian PCC
• US PCC
• Medicals Receipt

Yeah you are right. One needs to mail all the documents & fee.

In jobinj1 case, it seems he is waiting for PPR while CIC is waiting for a RPRF receipt from him . Medical receipts too should be send. But since they will get results from doctor anyway. So that is not critical.

For Ottawa's PPR; do they ask the applicant to send passport to Ottawa?

My local office is Cairo, however Cairo files are processed in Ottawa!

The email requesting passport, will give you instructions on what to do if you do not know anyone in Canada. If you follow that path, you will stamp your passport in Cairo instead, but it might take a little bit longer.

Normally, you'd need to send you passport to Canada to a friend and then it will be sent along with a self mailing pre-paid envelope to CPC-Ottawa. Once stamped, it will be returned to your friend in Canada. But, he will not be able to send you the passport by mail. Someone must be flying to Cairo and take it with him. If you are lucky to have someone (or some people) in place for this process. You can get your passport stamped and back in two or three weeks.

Otherwise, as I have mentioned earlier you will reply to that email (or whatever email address is given in the passport request instructions) and state that you do not have anyone in Canada that can help in that matter. In this case, you will be able to stamp your passport in Cairo, but usually it takes much longer. That is anywhere between 4 and 10 weeks (I have read of both numbers).

I'm an August applicant NOC 1111 and received my PER from Sydney, NS couple days ago. I appreciate it if you could share your experience on:

1. Does CPC-Ottawa send any AOR so we know when they actually have received the application from Sydney office?

2. I still can't log in into my ECAS profile even though I have received the PER email 2 days ago! Does it take some time till I get my ECAS up and running?

3. I didn't submit my PCC. When I can expect to receive the PCC and Medical request(s)? Are they supposed to arrive at the same time?

4. in IMM 00088 generic form I mentioned "Canada" as my visa office instead of "CPC-Ottawa", Do you think there will be any problem? I hope they don't send it to my home country visa office! I have been living in Canada since 4 years ago as an international student and now foreign worker!

Here is my time line:
Application filed: August 5th
CC charged: November 14th
PER: November 26th

I wonder why CPC-O sends different instructions to different people. In my case the e-mail stated:

What I did is okay based on the instructions I received. However it still makes me nervous that others have got a different instruction.

I think it depends on whether pcc is required or not. If pcc is asked then obviously, the documents need to be mailed. If not then email is fine since originals of rprf receipt is not required.

In case you were only asked to send email. Then you should be fine. Did your doctor sends results via emedical electronic interface. Or he send via mail the results

I did my MR on nov 11th and doctor office told me they sent it on 18th and I sent all the receipts with payment receipt on 24th nov .. but still no third line status in ECAS..
I am kind of worried why my medical is not updated yet .. (
