Over three weeks since Cairo VO sent the emails (6th of May in my case) saying they are going to work on our files, why sending this email so early?..

I recall the one to " cairo@dfait-maeci.gc.ca" bounced back, so it must be cairo@international.gc.ca is the one which passed through.

I see your timeline is quite different than most of us here who applied in the first two weeks of May 2014, got PER in mid August 2104 and nothing since then .... we celebrated the first anniversary of sending our files couple of weeks ago :-X :-X

Where is your file now? Ottawa or Cairo? if you don't know call CIC and check
