After that long time, i realized that it was the best plan for me as i have a lot of issues that i must (ان شاء الله) close it before leaving Egypt as i am not thinking to come back again after landing trip, so since starting thinking that way, the optimistic side became the higher side on behalf of the pessimistic side.
Now i believe that Allah planned for me the best scenario ever for my life and that i am going to have the right step in the exactly right time.
Every time i pray, i ask Allah to give me wisdom and strength to be patient to wait until the right time to come.
Thank you for every one helped me during my journey, and i wish to meet all of you in Canada. ان شاء الله
Thank you for sharing your year in brief with us, as you said every one have such a story. i have a request to every one that i must try to do it myself also, please start preparing yourself for the new life coming up. Canada isn't the land of dreams, i have seen many friends who suffered in the beginning, so take that advantage that god gave to us (waiting time) and start to be prepared, may be someone have to be prepared by some more education, preparing job licenses to work in his career in Canada, save some money to sustain the first couple of months, or read more about the new home as we have to know better our new community.LifeXplorer said:Hey So, today is the day for me The 1 year since PER, it is nice to have you guys to share this moment with. We have been through a tough year... year and few months actually. But here we are today back in anticipation, hoping that this anniversary would trigger something at Cairo VO and we will hear something in the up coming few weeks. Ok! in the up coming three weeks or so...
Most of us were unable to plan a long term plan for our lives, we feel that our stay here is temporal... But we are not sure how long would that "temporal" be? Most of us want this Canada thing to end one way or anther, either we are spared and have a new home, or just start trying in another direction. I know a friend who has been delaying the decision of having children a year after another... I have sold my apartment (and lost money due to corruption) expecting back then that we have couple of months to leave... and here we are
I am sure each of you have such a story, but then I look at the bright side, personally! I am sure that this delay is there for a reason, and Allah who knows best saved us a lot of agony and gave us even more time to prepare for what is coming next, whatever that is. Let's not feel sad for times that passed and remember all good things that happened through that time...
I have just read a quote recently, that we are born to live not to prepare to live... so let's live, and stop preparing for living anymore... Yes, we might not be encouraged to do great project, buy a new car, start a business or like my friend have children when we believe we should be leaving to Canada or otherwise in due time... but sure, we can enjoy the little things... the nice moments...
