Hi friends,

I finished my Medicals yesterday in Mumbai.. here is my experience...
I received my MR and RPRF on 14.03.2015, immediately booked my medicals at Lilavati hospital on phone.. They were very supportive and gave me the 18.03.2015 appointment at 9.00 a.m and also informed me the documents to be carried along.. The lady on phone told me : dont worry and be calm and give your tests..

On 18th I reached at 8.45 a.m and went directly to VISA section on 2nd Floor.. Lady present there took my documents asked me to sit on chair and took digital photo.. Since it was e medical enabled they dint take any photo from me..

They asked me to fill preliminary and background details , then asked me to wait in the lobby.. They asked me to take breakfast also.. by the way they got very nice canteen there.. Then I went to Counselling, doctor asked me about HIV and other diseases and cleared my doubts.

After 10 min wait they called me for BP and BMI tests..
Then i went for payment and paid INR 4100 by CREDIT CARD.. They gave me all the receipts and informed that the results will be directly sent to CIC.

Then i submitted details at testing center and went to Chest X-ray on the ground floor: it finished in 3 mins: came back for blood tests and urine tests..

Waited for another 45 mins and they gave me e medical acknowledgement .. All this finished within 3 hrs ..

They will send the results on 20.03.2015 to CIC.. And today i paid my RPRF online and sent my documents through BLUE DART to CHC New Delhi,

Now again wait starts.

Count me in as well.....every one hour I am checking VFS website...but without any success ....wondering where it would have been stuck......submitted passports on 2nd March in VFS chennai

Is there anybody on this forum (except me, Singh2014 and NR2579) who submitted their passports with VFS, New Delhi on 2 March / 3 March and still waiting for their passports back ? The wait is killing us.

dear frnds...not getting A0R after 30 days of PER means my VO is ndvo....coz warsaw and colombo office send AOR within one month.....and AOR with ndvo is not applicable as sreadsheet data....plzz any answer ?

First of all Congratulations !!!

As mentioned by you, you have submitted your passport at VFS Canada in Abu Dhabi. They have not objected for the same? Also, will they send your passport to NDVO, India for stamping?

I remember that one of the forum members mentioned that VFS does not deal in International destinations.

Please respond as it is very important for me and others.

One fellow forum member has already got the stamping successfully done from VFS Canada UAE.

My documents were submitted yesterday and they confirmed that there are no issues with the stamping request going to Abu Dhabi directly without an instruction from NDVO first.

However, I had already sent a transfer request to NDVO but hopefully that will no longer be applicable.

My understanding...No they won't accept notarized copy. They need the originals. Some countries do allow you to apply for duplicates if the PCC was issued recently.

To apply for GCMS/CAIPS yourself on https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do where CIC charges $5/-. You can request directly only if you are a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or a person physically present in Canada.

There are many service providers, who can order GCMS/CAIPS notes on your behalf by charging anywhere from $15 to 25$ additional apart from the CIC processing fees of $5/-.

I am still to get my PER mail...CC charged on 9/2/15 :-[
