When does the medical centre provide the acknowledgement letter? I did my examination today but they did not give me a letter with a stamp, just an information sheet and tracking sheet. Medical centre was in Auckland New Zealand.

The practice varies with Doctors. I got mine emailed to me after 2 days of the tests. If your information sheet provided by the clinic contains Doctor's name and date of test, then it is sufficient proof. Stamp is not mandatory but good to have.
You can check with the clinic if this is what they provide as proof to be send to CIC.

Hey, thanks for your reply, I haven't received PER email yet. Also, my ECAS shows "In Process"

I actually got married recently and even updated CIC and they have replied back to us for more documents. We are in process of gathering them. Will that affect this process? I'm planning to send all the documents of dependent as soon as i see PER email. Your suggestions please?

PER should have already come. In case you have used a consultant then you should check with them. If you can click on "In Process" link and see what is exactly mentioned then it will be good. If not then just wait for few more days.

Have they mentioned by what date you need to send these documents? Since they have requested for more documents, it means your file is kept aside until the new documents arrive. The moment you sent the documents, the VO will start the process from where it is left. So yes their will be a slight delay. I would suggest as soon as you have collected all the documents, pls send them. This will ensure your process is not delayed.

Where do we get the valuation certificate of the jewelry with diamonds? What about jewelry in gold? Any reason why we need these lists, pictures, valuation & all?

For diamond jewelry you should have received one from the shop you bought it from. If you don't have it then you can try approaching a gemologist. They should be able to provide one. For Gold Jewelry my understanding is that you don't need one.
These lists, pictures & others are needed for use during landing. The customs agency will ask you to show all this. This ensures you dont have to pay customs duty & tax for these items when you land. While preparing lists, it is better to group them so that you know exactly how many numbers you are carrying and what all you are carrying.

Thanks all the forum members for the support and suggestion they have provided thru out process. many of the decision we took based on the suggestion given here.. most imp thing is delivering baby there as am 8 months now. So we have booked ticket in a week time after getting visa stamped so not to delay landing. Destination changed from Toronto to alberta. Mainly for health card, the other suggestion I read from the forum.

Ticket booked in British airways for Sunday morning from India bangalore. Wish and bless us. Anyone on the same airline and date? Please inform.

Following are the docs we are carrying other than personal items to clear immigration :
Passports stamped,
Copr provided by vo,
Passport size photos,
Pof - travelers cheque and draft (foreign currency demand draft),
Goods docs,
PR card application form,
Funds declaration form

Kindly confirm the docs for clearance.

its like 9 days since my papers reached NDVO- RPRF, medical and PCC
how long before i get a 3rd line update?

8-10 days after your medicals have been uploaded by the hospital/clinic

Hi all,

I have received MR and email stating that "Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination."

I am not sure as to what sort of proof they mean. Is it an invoice or e-medical information sheet that I received from the doctor?

Visa office Sydney Australia

That is the receipt/e-medical information sheet you received from the doctor. Do remember to keep a copy of the same with you.
