Finally....We got the oath invite today for Dec 3rd. Praise God!

It maybe that the system generates the contents and it goes through a approval workflow for checks before it is finally published or emailed...this is just speculation...eitherway...congrats on getting the invite :)

The system generated email date for invite and the one in the ecas could be different and this is the same with my invite too. However just ensure the date for test in the ecas and the email are the same. If there is a difference then i recommend that you call call CIC

This is normal. The kids status changes once the Oath process is completed. You seem to be all clear for the next step.

They typically don't ask for these docs unless your status had changed after you submitted your citizenship application. I think you should be ok. Take a photocopy if you have one.
