hi guys...i m a 3rd july applicant and its been 69 days from PER but my second line is not updated and i have not received any medical request.....please guide is there anything to worry about....does this mean my file's processing has not started yet...???? please guide

guys some of us are getting MR after 50 days of PER and some are getting after 100 days of PER and some are still waiting even for longer time....what is the reason behind this??? what is the procedure..??? this one is for NDVO
