Hi sk1984indian,

do you have any idea how long does it take to update ecas 3rd line.

I received email from LVO on 3rd dec 2014 for PPR-1 (updated information chart), PRPF, and MR.
I sent every thing on next day and got acknowledgment stating they now only await for medical.

Our medical was done on 14th dec 2014, still no update received.

Any thoughts?

I am not sure abt LVO but general trend is around 7 - 10 or in some cases 15 to 20 days.

Do not worry. It will be uploaded soon

Sorry Krasburn, so many grammatical mistakes....... I was not in control. I am here waiting for my PER not knowing what will happen. But, people who are best placed are doing such mistakes....

Hope God helps this guy!!
Common Optimist3's PERRRRRRRRRRRR :P
No worries about the grammatical mistakes, I make a lot too. I live in a Spanish speaking country with no many opportunities to talk or write in English. I found this forum very helpful in that way ;D
I will also like him to succeed but CIC is very clear about hiding information. I was called by the VO to clarify a rejection of a tourist Visa that I did not put in my application because I applied for it after sending my documents to CIO...

Hi,
This is very risky and ur local visa officer most likely will discover this during background check which couod be counted against u as Misrepresentation. An offence for refusal if discovered. Mind u, Canada nd US have access to eachother immigration data.

I will advise u to update this with ur VO after PER. Kindly inform dem that it is an unintentional oversight and you are ready to recomplete the IMM 5669 if advised to.

Pls do d right thing b4 dey discover it.

Dear forum members and seniors,

I didn't mentioned that I was rejected US in my background declaration form.
I received my PER on 25th of November.
Now does this makes any issue later on?

Thank you for your prompt response

Hi All... :) :) :) :) I'm a new member, Could anyone explain me difference between RPRF request? - RPRF sent? - RPRF received? in Spreadsheet, what my understanding is when payment made through CC.. RPRF sent - RPRF received will be having the same date..???

Hi Rahul,

RPRF request? - This is the date when someone receives RPRF request
RPRF sent? - This is the date when you send the receipt of payment if you made it online or DD which you send for encashment @ NDVO
RPRF received? The day courier delivers the package to NDVO

NDVO - New Delhi Visa Office

Hi Guys,

Need your guidance here...

I have just received my PER on 17 Dec and when i checked my status in ECAS: Only application received date is mentioned..

Also, right below corner shows Date modified: 2014-11-04...Is it mean that my UCI number and initial entry done on that date itself and PER is yet to be updated there????

COngratulations for PER.

First line is displayed after Data Entry, the step following Cost recovery at CIO. This is when an electronic file is created in GCMS. PER, AOR and file transfer don't trigger a CAS update.

Second line appears when the assigned IPA opens file in GCMS and begins processing it by initiating document verification and criminality check. Upon completion he/she sends MR.

Third line appears when medical results are received and approved by CIC. Then IPA launches security check.

Fourth line appears upon completion of security checks and final determination of admissability and eligibility by IPA. As a result an applicant generally receives PPR

It's not a ministry. It's a department of Government of Canada. But it is run by a Minister.
Would a birth certificate be required for applicants already in Canada?
