STILL NO ANSWER. IF THERE ANYONE WHO REFUSE FROM NOC 4011 FOR COMPLETE ONLY HONOUR'S NOT MASTER'S.

OR IS THERE ANYONE WHO GOT PER NOC 4011 WITH HONOURS ONLY NOT MASTER'S.

INCOME CASES MASTER'S OF BANGLADESH IS EQUAVALENT FOUR YEARS HONOURS IN WES. SO WHAT IS RIGHT THING FOR NOC 4011.................

I didn't mentioned that I was rejected US in my background declaration form.
I received my PER on 25th of November.
Now does this makes any issue later on?

background check used to be done at local visa office so idk they will touch all the base
just send an email to your visa office mentioning this and they will get back to you with correct info

I kindly request you to please avoid to place so many images in your profile as well as on the forum because it is really creating disturbance in following and reading the messages. Sorry, I dont think it is a mistake. It is a deliberate attempt to hide facts, reasons obviously known to you. There are two ways now:

1. Tell your local VO what you have done and why you have done and wait for them to react. If they react positively, well and good, you can live your life peacefully in canada.

2. You may choose to not update them even one, but, will always have to live on the edge even after going to Canada have a thought on the back of your mind that CIC might know about this and may come after you. Consequences could be anything......

Choice is yours. Apologies for being harsh, but i am really annoyed that you took the pain of going all the way till MR and apparently have to throw it away for a deliberate mistake. Mentioning "Yes" would not have made much difference in my opinion. But, you chose say "no" for reasons only known to you...

Man, that's one of the best answers I have ever seen. Not harsh but the true.

My medicals were received by NDVO on 17th nov. Waiting for PPR now. I sent a CSE to NDVO on 19th nov. to ask what are the alternatives to send passport from UK once I receive my PPR but they did not respond. Can someone please help me what shall I do now?

MI means Ministerial Instructions issued by Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration and Multicultarism

It's not a ministry. It's a department of Government of Canada. But it is run by a Minister.

Hi sk1984indian,

do you have any idea how long does it take to update ecas 3rd line.

I received email from LVO on 3rd dec 2014 for PPR-1 (updated information chart), PRPF, and MR.
I sent every thing on next day and got acknowledgment stating they now only await for medical.

Our medical was done on 14th dec 2014, still no update received.

Any thoughts?

Sorry Krasburn, so many grammatical mistakes....... I was not in control. I am here waiting for my PER not knowing what will happen. But, people who are best placed are doing such mistakes....
