So, we can say with a statistical degree of accuracy that this forum contains a representative sample popultion of more then

Statistics is very misleading unless we know what data we need to use where and when.

I think this analysis will be more useful at an noc level as there seems to be a vast difference in the representation of apps in ss noc wise. Eg: 2171 which is around 25% and 1212 which is less than 10%. Hope you got my point.

However, appreciate your effort an analysis.

Correct, it is same for every one. It is basically about the update of version of ECAS, not essentially about the date of updating of record(of candidate) on display

If you applied before January 1, 2015:
Your application will be processed under the rules in place at the time you applied.
Find out how long it will take for CIC to process your application.
If you applied on or after January 1, 2015:
Our goal is to process most complete applications received under Express Entry in six months or less.
We currently only have processing times for people who applied under the old system.
Processing times tell you how long it took Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) to process applications in the past. Since Express Entry is a new system and not enough applications have been received yet, processing times are not available but we have committed to process applications in six months or less.

There is one sheet in ss "Noc Cap estiamtes" which is similar to your analysis, although it is not done for all nocs. But history has proven that, all the analysis and stats we did have gone for a toss . I am a live example of it. You may try and do this for your noc be satisfied that you will make it in the cap. For me, it is simple now, send the app and Pray .

Chances of rejection are there is there is any false or fake or forged information detected. Read Fraud Detection Official Manual of CIC.

Otherwise if all of your documents are genuine it will rarely happen that they will reject you.

As one of the forum member spoke to CIC, he was informed that CIC will work all the days other than December 25, 26 and Jan 01. Hope they will complete all our dreams soon positively.

From Today till 31st December, There will be only 6 working days,

i.e from 22nd-24th December-3 working days
and from 29th-31st December- 3 working days

So, there is 6 working days remaining to apply for this FSWP program before this ends completely and express entry takes over

So people who havent sent their application yet, please please dispatch it as soon as possible

I m a bit confused as i was going through the spreadsheet today, I realized that it contains the records of even those applicants whose file received date has crossed 200 + days but they have not heard any thing from CIC yet.

why so?

whether they have not updated the sheet or it is possible that we may not get any response from CIC??

I m 10th sep applicant NOC 1123, DD mode, have not heard anything yet, neither from bank nor from CIC or call centre.
