When did you get passport request?

It is very random some from May, October and November. They kind of missed the june september months. I am an august applicant but no MRs. I think it is because they were being checked by the same officer. So whenever he/she was done just showered with his/her MRs.

I read in Russian forum that at least 7-10 people received MRs today. But they are not regustered in this forum.
