It is not mandatory, it will be requested in a later stage by your VO. Send your application RIGHT NOW using the faster service you find.

So , this thing needs a cover letter or it is completely fine to send the application without including police certificates ??

No justification required for not sending PCC at the stage of the application. No question asked. Just SEND IT RIGHT NOW. You are not left with much time. Use the fastest courier service please. All the best.

PCC is not required by CIC, it is required by the VO. Your respective VO will ask for it. You can start working on getting PCC once you get PER. For now, send the application without it.

Hi everyone ,

Pleaes let me know one thing , Is it compulsory to attach a Police clearance certficate with the application ? Because it will take almost two weeks ... in this case , what should be the right action ? Shall It be mentioned on a declaration letter stating that , the police clearance certificate will be sent to the CIO asap I get it ??? If so, then how to do that ? I mean how to re send only the PCC and on which address ? :-/

Thank you everyone .... I got one question more ... CC/DD will be charged soon or later , this depends on which factor ? Is it dependent over the NOC category or what is it ?

CC is faster but less secure due to many factors that I will not discuss right now. DD is the safest option but it takes more time to clear. You don't need to worry, eventually any of them will work. Right now you don't have time so if you don't have a DD and if it takes time to obtain, go with a CC.

ECAS status changed to Decision Made before 2 days. I havent received the PPR mail yet. Is it something to worry about?
Since the status is Decision Made, is it certain that the application is approved ?

Expecting Tomorrow on Sunday 21st December, it will move from Dubai to Canada, may be to Mississauga, Canada, when will it reach at CIO by UPS?

Regards, George from Doha, Qatar

It will be delivered on Dec. 29.

Okayyy ! So , first they check if the documents are complete ? Or before doing anything, they charge the money first of all ?

I would be applying for the FSW under NOC 2133, however looking at the caps, looks like it would get full by the time my application is reviewed. I was considering applying under the NOC 2241.

I have supervisory experience for NOC 2133, and my job description does match NOC 2241. Wanted to know if I can still apply under NOC 2241, since it does not mention anything about supervisors.
