Dear Senior member,

One of my friend case has been rejected on work experience "Your letter of employment must clearly give evidence showing that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement and that you have performed a substantial number of main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of NOC including all the essential duties for that period of employment. If your letter doesnt provide us with this information you will not meet regulation 10 of IRPA.

what could be the reason. He applied under 2133 NOC code and was working in Telecommunication having Electrical engineering degree.

Some of his duties are relevant to Power and Telecommunication Fixed network/ACCESS equipments.

He is again submitting with new work experience letter, should he change his designation or expereience.

Appreciate your quick response Plz.

1.no need to change 'title'. it will makehimdubious.

2.match the JD with one given on NOC link on cic website.

I am very much confused now. I saw all the later Aug2173 and the other Sep2173 are returned due to Cap full. But why I got reply from CIC that my Sep4 2173 was deemed incomplete and returned? Does that mean CIC also run Completeness Check even the occupation has already been capped? So they also run all the initial process including assigning UCI number to those applications before they are returned?

may be ur app was counted in cap but later on when they checked it they found it incomplete and returned and in place of that took another app to be in cap.

Did you apply from Pakistan or from different location?

yes brov..from pakistan

Seniors please kindly respond with your suggestions.

My application is currently at VO stage as I received PER over 2 months ago.

In my supplementary travels form, I have just noticed a typo/error - a return date for a particular journey does not exactly match with the stamp on my passport (it differs by 2 months). I contacted VO and sent a corrected background declaration form to them immediately after receiving PER some 2 months ago and I am eager to contact VO again, since they had advised never to contact them unless it is very important. My question are:

Is the accuracy of the dates on the travel history form very important even when I have provided pages of my passport showing the correct dates?
What potential impact can this have on my application?

normally for one or two entries it wont create any problem, the main purpose of this is to know in which countries u have stayed for more than 6 months after u were 18 years old, so that they can do a security background check for u in that country, now no matter what dates u wrote, if ur stay as more than 6 months, they simply will demand PCC for that country from u.

Hey guys

Need your advise. My couzin wants to apply for other financial officer noc 1114, now he is working as operational risk analyst, now in noc 1114 example job titles do not iclude operational risk analyst. Is it necessary that his job title shud match to apply for noc 1114?

Thanks

his job title must match one of the job titles for that NOC, every noc has many job titles so it must match with one listed for that.

Thanks a bunch canadamylove, this forum rocks because of people like you :D
One more concern I may have, are they likely to request for a revised copy of this form - providing an opportunity to correct my mistakes?
