Hi,

I am Shahid, I applied my documents on Oct 16th for NOC 2171. At the time of applying the limit was 371 and suddenly in fourth week of November the cap reached to 1000.

I was expecting my CC to get charged sometime in Dec and a PER about sometime in Jan or Feb. But I feel now thats just an unrealized dream.

I have few questions to the experts - Is the caps which is reached to 1000 is for CC charged or for PER or just application received with minor validations ?

In case if the caps is reached will still my CC will be charged ?

If caps is reached and my CC is not charged, then will my application be returned to me, so that I could apply for the express entry ?

I am 17th Sept Applicant for NOC 2171, no news for me also, I read somewhere in Forum that 2171 application of 17th sept returned due to cap reached, however I didnt find any entry is SS, I am also praying hard,Inshallah we will be in cap bro ?

Great news!! I passed the interview at NDVO on 4th Dec. IO just wanted to know about my current role to ascertain if it matched up with my NOC 1123. My interview was done in 15 min and was told to expect medical request via email ;D

Hi guys,

Can anyone please confirm if prior appointment is mandatory at PSK office is mandatory for PCC or one can walkin to PSK and get it done?

I am in process to apply for PCC at Bangalore, PSK office but no slot is available for appointment in Dec.

Someone who applied PCC through Bangalore office - Please share your experience.

my friend there is no need to take an appointment to obatin pcc from bangalore PSK...make sure you just fill the online form and get its printout without paying online and take this this with you between 8:30 am to 11:00 am. There is walkin facility in bangalore psk's.

Is it worth applying in Express Entry if you have already got PER email?

If you got your PER you have done the hardest part of the way son in my opinion you shouldn't. Stick to your plan A but keep plan B ready just in case ;D

Two weeks have passed since the first attempt of CIC to charge on my credit card but was unsuccessful due to card limit. Until now no second attempt has been made. Will I assume that I get my application back?

First you should wait for what we called in the forum the PER email. There you will find a number called UCI.
With that number go to this page and fill and the information required to check the status of your application.

We can only promote what we know and so far nobody knows how EE will work exactly. So if you have your documents ready send your file right now and don't wait for EE.

Re: No ECA YET ...Can I Apply?

Dear Seniors,

I cant apply to FSWP 2014 as I don't have my ECA yet from CES University of Toronto. My expected date of receiving the ECA is sometime in January as CES is frustratingly slow and apparently an application is invalid and will be rejected without it as per Instrauctions.

Apparently, FSWP ends on 31 Dec, 2104.

Can I send my application to CIC without my ECA from The University of Toronto and write a note to CIC saying I am still awaiting my ECA. I can attach my Receipt of payment from CES - UoToronto along with my emails and their reply to me stating that I am in the queue.

DO you think this would work or I should not bother?

Please help as I am very upset about missing the deadline.

Even if there are some members that have reported they could add documents to their applications there is no guarantee that yours will be. So if your ECA report arrives on January don't take any risks and apply for EE.
