Need your advise. My couzin wants to apply for other financial officer noc 1114, now he is working as operational risk analyst, now in noc 1114 example job titles do not iclude operational risk analyst. Is it necessary that his job title shud match to apply for noc 1114?

dear,main focus in on JD of 'applied NOC' , not title.
the letter of refernece [expereince letter] must have same/matching DUTIES with one they described.

Hi,

I am Shahid, I applied my documents on Oct 16th for NOC 2171. At the time of applying the limit was 371 and suddenly in fourth week of November the cap reached to 1000.

I was expecting my CC to get charged sometime in Dec and a PER about sometime in Jan or Feb. But I feel now thats just an unrealized dream.

I have few questions to the experts - Is the caps which is reached to 1000 is for CC charged or for PER or just application received with minor validations ?

In case if the caps is reached will still my CC will be charged ?

If caps is reached and my CC is not charged, then will my application be returned to me, so that I could apply for the express entry ?

Federal Skilled Worker – NOC 2172, as per my application, duly complete in all respects
and dispatched through DHL Express courier agency on 1.12.2014, to Centralized Intake Office,
49 Dorchester Street, Sydney, NS, B12P 5Z2, Canada.

By mistake, I wrote the category as “Canadian Experience Class” on the envelop
containing my application, instead of correct category as “Federal Skilled Worker-
NOC2172”.

Can anyone please advise what will happen or what can be the solution?

Thank u so much. Well my consultant took 2 months to type these forms .. And she did a mistake with that too its really annoying cause its matter of someones life .. And cant get back this wasted time back .. You are lucky you got charged .. Wish u luck for the rest of your application too .. I wish i get a golden second chance ..

I used Cohen and I think they did a good job. Got my documents submitted last week (NOC 0112). I am sure I will make the cap.

Can anyone please confirm if prior appointment is mandatory at PSK office is mandatory for PCC or one can walkin to PSK and get it done?

I am in process to apply for PCC at Bangalore, PSK office but no slot is available for appointment in Dec.

Someone who applied PCC through Bangalore office - Please share your experience.

You may apply for your PCC through PSK's (Passport Seva Kendra) website (http : / / passportindia dot gov dot in/AppOnlineProject/user/userLogin). I understand most of the applicants make the payment for PCC upfront on the website and then go on the date of the appointment. The trick here is to click on PRINT APPLICATION RECEIPT without making the payment. Carry that receipt to your nearest PSK betweek 9-11, make the payment there itself and you would have the PCC the same day. This should help

FSWP 14 has entered into last deadline to apply and iam running very short of time to sumbit my application. In my passport name, my sir name spell is incorrect, so iam afraid that it matter a lot or not while sumbittung my application. if yes then i need to know the easy n prompt solution to rectify such kind of error in my application. please help me in it

You need to do have supporting document which can be birth certificate or school certificate which can be used as proof. However, same needs to be rectified in your passport urgently. Meanwhile you can also do an affidavit on same and attach the copy in the application itself explaining the situation. In this case don't forget to attach supporting documents whatsoever.
