Thank you coolcoral & xman , I have ordered GCMS notes and waiting. But I was trying to say that a VO with both English and French capabilities may be hard to find in LVO - just a thought. But I put all my trust in the Almighty God, things will surely be alright by his grace.

Application received June 7, 2014 PER October 15. I contacted LVO in November and I got the generic reply. Is this normal, should I send them an email?
