Submitted my passport to VFS New Delhi on 9th march and till now status shows " being processed" When will i get my passport back???

Is it necessary for the principal applicant to be present while submitting passport at VFS Global. Can i send my parents to submit my passport at VFS. Actually i was out of state for office works.

Third Line updated in ECAS Medical results have been received. NOC 2132 NDVO PER 14 Nov 2014 MR 12 Jan 2014 Mediacls done on 23 Jan 2014

Click on "in process" it will show you the details. you will get your MR after updation of second line in ECAS status. but in some cases they send MR without seconnd line update

Dear ........ PCC validity is one year. If you have submitted it along with your application then need not to submit with medical examination report. NDVO will not ask to submit if already submitted.
