Complete application was returned with Letter from CIC dated 20th October 2014. Bank Draft has also been returned. My mailing address was of a friend in Canada. He received it on 6th November and sent the whole package to me in India.

NOC 1113 - Its a frozen NOC. Not a single applicant. Maybe, I will try again with another reference letter from my HR manager. Although I had thought I had got a very good reference letter from my HR.

All the stay is less than 6 months; Whether PCC is required for supporting member also? If yes how to get PCC from Saudi and South Korea? Any experienced candidates pls help.

I feel not required, it should be more than 6 months

My application too has been returned.
Reason - Job duties not matching with NOC.
My application was received on 8th August 2014.

good man, go for it, this time match atleast 60 to 70% of NOC roles & respons. and try for natural ref letter means u can suggest to your HR or supervisor about ur requirement and let then write... I feel.....

if ur category is still in same limit to apply,
u can retry by adding missing duties as manager coz ur HR is supportive.

plz refer to officialNOC 2011 'DUTIES'. match them with ur described ones.

thanks. my job is on noc 1212. is it okay to send new app still undr 1212? i just deleted the itr n fs preparation n put first the payable supervisor duties which is my daily task.
reason they stated is my duties is under finance manager without cheking my other duties.

if they say, its FM [finance manager] , apply for code 0111, so far 279 apps.

no issues with title..
do check 'NOC 2011 classification duties' for 0111, mix one they said as FM and ones with 'NOC 0111'.

in this scenario, they won't be able to refuse u since they themselves said u earlier about close to FM duties.

Good news to console all those who have been waiting for PER since long...I am june applicant (NOC 1212) dd cashed on 20th Oct 2014....but dint receive any PER ...however received MR without getting PER on 21st Nov,2014....am happy beyond words !! all d best to all those who are waiting !! ;D
