deal all,
I telecommunication engineer (Electrical&electronic bachelor's degree) i have 12 years experience, the first 6 years i worked as operation and maintenance engineer in a mobile system and the other 6 years i was wireless manager department. my Reference letter from my company descried the two intervals main duties , however some of the main duties described in the noc 2133(electrical and electronic engineers) i was doing while i was a manger, as a result the main duties required for noc 2133 are divided into the two intervals (maintenance engineer&manger engineer). After reading your posts and how cic reject many files cos of experience letters i am getting too scared that my file will be rejected. I was thinking of sending another reference letter with more accuracy regarding the job duties. what do you recommend me seniors,, please help

Job duties is not the only reason for rejection of experience letters. there are a lot of reason such as how many hours, position, head letter without any details,...etc. If you could share ur job duties which are mentioned , experts might help u

Hi all,
I know we are too late. Our main goal is to get canada PR. So, what do you suggest? Shall we move to student visa option?
Then what are the chances of getting PR after studies? (We are from IT fields.)

i dont understand why this updated document checklist isnt taken seriously?.. Cmon if CIC have updated its document checklist, then there must be a purpose behind it. CIC have other jobs to do as well

Rest upto you. Today i have sent all my documents with updated checklist.

He's gonna be fine. We have observed a number of cases with outdated 2014 forms not getting in the way of positive eligibility determination

It seems acceptable.. the only weak point that u didn't mention electrical / electronics systems instead of wireless because, wireless it follows NOC 2147. by the way, as this year CIC has a good manner not same before and they are accepting a lot of applications with minor errors

Dear All who have already completed Medicals, especially NDVO applicants.

A friend of mine just got passport request, with a submission deadline of 15 days. Usually, VO's give 30 days. Although, the 15 days may be a routine for his VO but they might have reduced the time period to meet Dec 2014 target. So, to be on a safe side be ready with ur passports valid for at least 1 year. Avoid accidentally washing or loosening them in any other way.

All the best for stamping before dawn of 2015!!!

chek list..

hmmmmm.

did we miss something new?

i guess, we r safe as Aug form used.. ;)
