i dont understand why this updated document checklist isnt taken seriously?.. Cmon if CIC have updated its document checklist,then there must be a purpose behind it. CIC have other jobs to do as well

My friend Check list is not an application, I has submitted old format of Generic Application form on on 25 th June and It has been updated on 15/06/2014but, CIC approved it and sent PER

Dear All who have already completed Medicals, especially NDVO applicants.

A friend of mine just got passport request, with a submission deadline of 15 days. Usually, VO's give 30 days. Although, the 15 days may be a routine for his VO or they might have reduced the time period to meet Dec 2014 target. So, to be on a safe side be ready with ur passports valid for at least 1 year. Avoid accidentally washing or loosening them in any other way.

All the best for stamping before dawn of 2015!!!

He's gonna be fine. We have observed a number of cases with outdated 2014 forms not getting in the way of positive eligibility determination

Yes,its a point of worry. I guess you might have to add an addendum and add the document checklist and send again..

what i know is, its not a thing to hide..
lawyer is not right..he might be relying on a fluke SINCE they overlooked it..

i dont want to demorale u, but it would have been better to show it..

IT CAN BE CHECKED at some later stage n may cause problem.

Last year at FSWP2013, There are alot of applicants have been rejected because they used old format of Generic form which has been completely changed before starting of the program

I patiently followed this steps yesterday, and after 22minutes the lady politely told me I shld contact Sydney for FSW info, as they have no idea abt so i am :-\

Better u all just post an enquiry mail to CIC. and u may get reply in 30 to 45 days.

yes, i also saw such cases n forum with outdated forms, n getting PERs..
it depends on CIC clerk too.. so we can wish 'ALL IS WELL'

BTW, i guess they r rushing to finish FSW14 so such things may b overlooked.
its still wise to send updated one...lets think on it.

Do you mean to say that this is not an issue and will not lead to rejection?

dear sunsat,

if u have filled 'schedule 3 form' properly and attached ref leeters etc[as u have mentioned], its ok. no issue of resume, it will not affect.

if 'schedule 3 form' is missing, then RUSH to send it..
its abscenece will lead to 'incompleteness', means return..

Thank you for your reply. Yes we have submitted schedule-3 form. But I think we have filled question 12b incorrectly. We have put all the forms and documents as specified in the checklist we have written civil engineer in the occupation rather than designation. My husband worked in 3 positions in earlier organisation and 2 positions in present organisation. But we wrote civil engineer for both time periods and did not write main duties. Instead wrote reference letters and resume attached. Will this be ok. Kindly advise.

I m with DD and 2132 NOC, application date 18 aug , but I already send my query on 1st week,

so just I suggest to send for mail enquiry at least u will be knowing what is status.
