My consultant just told me that it is inherently important to get your spouse's name added on the respective passports before applying for final VISA.

ANY IDEA ON THIS???

coz, if u send such details within processing..[at speedy pace for all, at the moment],
it will raise RED FLAGS...

yes, u can rethink of sending details after PER.
u can take plea of 'being non aware OR not thought it worth important for them'

PS, its my personal opinion. u better discuss with ur lawyer frankly.
i doubt, they made a mistake..and are also riding the tide...

and till now there is no phone call or other types of inquiry in my organization, so what type of verifying they are doing??

Just fyi, I'm a May 5th applicant under NOC 1112 waiting for MR. Processing started on Sept 8.

Just to remind you of my application. My app was received dated 23 June and my payment mode was DD. Till date I have not received any PER/NER.

I just called the CIC number today and found out a 8 digit Client ID, with which I am unable to track the application. The agent over the phone told me that there are notes in your file that it has been returned on 3 Oct 2014. I asked if there is any specific reason mentioned on the file, but she said that the file which is sent contains a detailed explaination letter.

Request if you or any other senior member to advice the next steps and clarify below points

1) By when can I expect the file to reach New Delhi? It was returned from Canada on 3 Oct 2014.
2) My NOC is 0111 and the status on this is 238 Apps. Can I take a chance before Dec 2014?

wat i got is, ur wife has pasport made b4 marriage..having his father's name. RIGHT.

if its valid for 1 year, no isuue.

but if its expiring within 1 year, better get new one, it will 'by default' be with ur name as husband on it.

Any senior please guide me in filling application form.

1. In Generic Application Form. Field " Current Occupation " do wee need to write current position in company or occupation close to NOC. Sometime positions are generic like Junior Admin while he is performing tasks exactly as per NOC JD.

2. In Economic Classes Principal Candidate, Field Your Work Experience. (Same question here)

File have been put in processing on Oct 13, 2014
but still I have not received MR from NDVO.
Is any body can have same situation?
How much time take between started processing and MR?

Ok if you say so, But I only commented based on what I experienced last year

I take it that the rejection took place because of old Economic classes form which was drastically updated in 2013. Most importantly they added a signature field rendering all outdated respective forms non-compliant with IRPA 10, hence it could not pass completeness check.

Dear.

US, Canada and UK Immigration officer usually check this requirement at the time of granting TOURIST VISA because fresh passport will create a doubt that the person will not return. However, immigration is a different ball game where person has to quality the criteria set out by CIC.
