spreadsheet shows my noc reached the cap on 18/7 but i made application on 10/7.

m i out of game?
my noc is 1112 and no reply from cic till date
really tensed. please guide

some are saying that cic is charging for july applicants nw. is it true? am i still in the game?

Dear Forum friends,

I have applied NOC 0111. But my experience match only with previous company. What is the procedure to chk back ground verification by CIC? Because my ex employer never provide the original info about me because at the time of job left there were lot of argument with him and crash the relation forever.

So is there any chance for me to get positive by CIC?

Background checks are not done by CIC that are done at VO level
also if you have worked in your previous company in a specific role and with JD as you have mentioned in application, then there is now way the guy from your previous company can be giving false information regarding you...
Also they do not do background checks for all applicants, only very few applicants BC are done depending on visa officer satisfaction...

and thirdly Background checks are done for Role and responsibilities in your employment, they do not check personal behaviour or relations with company people...

So do not worry, you will be thru very fast and will get positive outcome..

I am so happy today! Just received my MR and RPRF request from NDVO.

Thank you everyone for your guidance.

App received: 16th June
PER received: 09th Oct
MR and RPRF request: Today, the 19th of Nov

NOC category: 1112

I have a doubt. My Online status isnt updated yet. Only the first line is updated. Did it happen for anyone else? How much time does it usually take to get updated?


Also, Seniors, can you please update my status in the spreadsheet.

Seniors please guide me. I am trying to contact the CIC by phone. But after dialing the desired number i am being guided to sponsorship handling team.

Plss plss plss help me. I 21st July DD applicant and heard nothing about my file. Also i have applied through a consultant who is showing no interest in my application.

How can i get my UCI no plsss support....

If you JD matches with the CIC specifications for NOC 0111, you can surely apply....

SS represents only 30% of overall applications, i am sure there are more ppl, who are eagerly waiting. SO KEEP HOPE ALIVE

But i think .... i am the last one for that date
and till now there is no phone call or other types of inquiry in my organization, so what type of verifying they are doing??

hold ur horses.. LVO is quite slower in processing apps.
reason may be rush..
i m also LVO case and know few friends case.. also from LVO.
keep ur fingers crossed..if they make it quick, dont forget to do charity

wish they do it faster..

i read a case f engineer from pakistan, dealt by LVO. he was MAy 14 applicant. Got to visa stamping stage..

presuming that case, we can ONLY WISH such happens to us too...

Dear seniors and forum members ,

I am main applicant and our application was received on 31st July 2014. I have applied with my wife.

My wife had previously applied for Canada student visa in year 2010 with her dependant just making the marriage certificate but unfortunately she didn't received visa. We married last february and it is genuine. Now in background declaration form, we did not mentioned about it because lawyer said that CIC doesn't see the background check of dependant. They look over only for the main applicant.

I applied through Consultant. They had their own lawyer living in Canada. While Canadian lawyer had a visit to consultancy, I had asked him about it. And he said no need to keep that information about spouse.

Is this true? I am worried about it.

Is there any solution to come out from this problem?

Once you get PER then let VO know about it.
