CIC knows very well that, not every company keeps the designation same as per NOC requirement.

All it matters is the roles/responsibilities/profile should match with the NOC intented.

Honestly haven't come across this type of situation earlier, but logic and common sense says that police verification should not be required twice in 2 months.

1. my passport does not have my spouse's name added on it, neither her passport carries mine.. can this be a problem ?? i mean any regulation towards this??

2. address on my passport and my wife's passport is not our present address, how to take care of this ??

How much time it take for visa stamping once we submit passport?

Both of these points are non issues. It is perfectly fine.
