we started processing yr application on 12th november 2014..
what does it mean ? my application reached on 9th june and per recieved on 7th october 2014..

Dear Seniors ,Seeking yours urgent advice,
I am a 12th May applicant NOC 1114 , received PER on 25th AUG and AOR on 25 Sep . Today I have got a mail from VO where they concerned about my previous job.
‘' Employment documents from X Bank and Y Bank which you have provided in support of your application are fraudulent. Although these two letters are ostensibly issued by different organizations there are too many similarities to be coincidental. ‘'
1) X Bank (a marketing job for Bank conducted by third party) experience letter issued by my ex boss in banks letter head pad (mentioned the third company name).(The third company is closed now)
2) Y Bank , it was permanent job, exp letter issued by Branch Manager.
One responsibility is common in both banks exp letter. For these two jobs I have only proved the exp letter.
Please advice which doc's and explanation shall I provide to satisfy the VO.

1) appointment letters/payslips and all other details?
Try to
2)Draft a letter addressing their concerns.
3) Provide assurance that they can cross verify with the person who signed the document and provide the credentials and complete address of the person who has signed .

BTW for 1) X Bank if you were employed with the third party why did you use the bank's letter head. I am confused on this point.

If you are legally admitted Canada for at least one year then VO should be Ottawa.

Thank you for the Reply, I'm legally living in Canada because I'm studying, when I filled the forms I put VO Mexico because I had less than 1 year at that time, thats why I'm not sure if they changed it or not, how do I know?

1. Can the PCC issued by PSK office (precisely 2 months old) be submitted towards FSW requirements?? - YES. BUT PCC need to be specifically taken for Canada immigration as there is a sentence in PCC which says there are no adverse records against him that can prevent him from taking any visa for Canada.
2. If Yes, i hold the PCC issued for Australia by local PSK office, can the same PCC serve the purpose ?? - NO, as wording will change.

Thanks for the prompt reply.. can you tell me if PSK PCC is acceptable, would the PSK also issue fresh PCC in favor of Canada without a physical verification as the last PCC is just 2 months old.??

My brother is willing to apply under FSWP program.

He did BSC Computer science. Is that a eligible degree to be applied?

CIC website says 'You must have •a foreign educational credential, and an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) by an agency approved by CIC to show it is equal to a completed Canadian secondary or post-secondary educational credential"

Is BSC Computer science equivalent to what they expect? Please advice.

If u r submitting the application: YES, For the time being you can submit this PCC, however CIC/NDVO may accept it for ask for new one (remember, its not compulsory to send PCC at this stage)

If NDVO has specifically asked u to provide PCC: No, you can't as Indian PCC has specific wording for each country.
