I had applied on the June 16th and file came back on 20th Oct stating that payment decline. re submitted the file within a week time with my consultant credit card number. now my questing is do need wait again for four months or then can process and consider it has June file. What will be the approximate time i have to wait

CIC returned my application on 14 october .....i havn't got it even after so many days....

what i should do .......is there any way to track the application officially or un-officially...

Its a misconception that sending CSE will either expedite the case or create any misunderstanding with VO.
There's a quote in the footnote which says... "normal processing times' so you'll get standard response from them (shared earlier by many in the forum) that it is in process & they cannot give a timeline 8)

I think it has to go through the process again but this time your turn will come soon as there is less pressure of application to be processed by CIO.

I have also the same problem.

I am 9th July Applicant and my application was return on 20th October and till now havent got it till now

please tell when your application was returned by CIO and after how many days you got it back...
