Its a misconception that sending CSE will either expedite the case or create any misunderstanding with VO.
There's a quote in the footnote which says... "normal processing times' so you'll get standard response from them (shared earlier by many in the forum) that it is in process & they cannot give a timeline 8)

So does it even make sense to send them CSE? Or should I just wait?

Post marriage my wife got personal details changed in her new passport.

1. Change in Surname
2. Change in Address
3. Addition of Spouse name.

Do you thing that change in surname will create an issue? I am 11 sept applicant and submitted her documents based on previous passport.

Do I need to fill all CIC forms again and submit them? If yes, then when.

I am still waiting for my PER.

Kindly suggest.

If an application is returned due to cap full, will CIC not open our package?
Will they send to the address which is mentioned in FROM of the outer envelope or will they open the package and send it to the address for correspondence?
