Another topic to give hope to all of us, since I got PER, I have started applying to a few jobs, I have been very selective and have tried to find job openings that matched my experience and background, I have also been honest and told about the current status of my application being only at initial per, which I assume should be enough to turn away many of the hiring managers, but to my surprise I have had a couple of skype interviews, one of them they really sounded interested in making me an offer, they mentioned about exploring TFWP option as a bridge until PR (if gods grace gives me a happy ending in the process), or in the other hand if they lawyers recommendation was to stay away from TFWP, making me the offer with a start date of summer 2015.

Hope that nobody takes this as bragging, believe me is not my intention, but to give hope that being persistent and having a plan could make transition much more easier, I'll update the forum as this progress.

I Think this is not the case that NDVO is not working , they might work on2013 pending cases.i just checked that few 2013 candidate got ppr.just google fsw2013 and also post here to keep moral high for formuites.

I have got MR and PCC request from NDVO .

I have already applied for India PCC.

But what if I could not get PCC in 45 days ?

MR I can complete what If I could not sent PCC with it and writing a cover letter that PCC is in process and will submit it as soon as possible ?

Please advise me guys , what are options ?

You can request for extension of time for submission with reason. If the reason is acceptable, they do extend it.

Don't know if there are any cases but I have seen some members suggesting that don't copy paste that's why I'm asking. I remember once that a forum member said that he got PER despite that he copy pasted all the NOC duties.

Why raise red flags by copy pasting and not using your own words which can delay your application? I suggest JD's (Job descriptions) should match but in your own words according to your own work experience.

That might be a red flag for a local VO maybe, but I seriously doubt that one can get rejected at CIO stage for copy-pasting.

any seniors could share a thought what does the CIO email mean? I'm a Sep 5th applicant and sent the additional documents received on Sep 22nd. I sent the email to CIO on Sep 25th to enquiry wether they have received my additional documents and got the reply today.

The email said:

Your additional documents are with our office. Your file is undergoing initial processing and you will be contacted further in due course.

CIO = Centralized Intake Office, already marked in red in their letter as them being undersigned!

I have a small query to ask ... i have got this mail from WES Community Engagement community @ wes.org with subject line of mail stating Helping you prepare for Canada!

Also its mentioned in the mail Has you FSWP application approved ... Its a registration mail for CIIP program for Nov 2014.

But I havnt still recieved my PER or Dont know about my DD charge status ... is it a positive sign .. any idea... thank you.. !!

This is normal email from WES for those who have done FSWP credential to them. So everybody received it. It has no connection with CIC.
