I have got MR and PCC request from NDVO .

I have already applied for India PCC.

But what if I could not get PCC in 45 days ?

MR I can complete what If I could not sent PCC with it and writing a cover letter that PCC is in process and will submit it as soon as possible ?

Please advise me guys , what are options ?

Another topic to give hope to all of us, since I got PER, I have started applying to a few jobs, I have been very selective and have tried to find job openings that matched my experience and background, I have also been honest and told about the current status of my application being only at initial per, which I assume should be enough to turn away many of the hiring managers, but to my surprise I have had a couple of skype interviews, one of them they really sounded interested in making me an offer, they mentioned about exploring TFWP option as a bridge until PR (if gods grace gives me a happy ending in the process), or in the other hand if they lawyers recommendation was to stay away from TFWP, making me the offer with a start date of summer 2015.

Hope that nobody takes this as bragging, believe me is not my intention, but to give hope that being persistent and having a plan could make transition much more easier, I'll update the forum as this progress.

yo bro ... i'm also a 18th July applicant. My CC got charged at 9:05am, 04th November. No PER yet ... this week has been really slow for PERs..... I'm also really desperate .... most people were getting PErs within 7 days ... mine's gonna complete 10 days including the 4th ...

All we can do is wait and watch.... !!

@grooby - did you try accessing your status online yet? My app has the same time lines as yours and I was able to successfully see the status online as of today..still waiting for the official email though. Thanks

I have a small query to ask ... i have got this mail from WES Community Engagement community @ wes.org with subject line of mail stating Helping you prepare for Canada!

Also its mentioned in the mail Has you FSWP application approved ... Its a registration mail for CIIP program for Nov 2014.

But I havnt still recieved my PER or Dont know about my DD charge status ... is it a positive sign .. any idea... thank you.. !!

1. What is format of the photos which is to be carried for medicals
2. Landing fee is 490 $. what would be amount for principal applicant and spouse.490 or 980 $.

Go with PCC Issued by passport Kendra , they are valid and covers full India. I got my pcc in 15 minutes. You need to register an appointment in passport web site and then walkin with your passport next day . You can get it done in a day or two.

Again it depends on your passport seva Kendra. Some might send your file for police verification and even if that's the case, I don't think its going to take more than 10 days

Indian PCC will no way take more then 30 days, unless there are any issues in intelligence verifications.
It's given on single day, if address verification is already done on the current passport.
If address verification is required, even then it will take less then 2 weeks if you reside in a city otherwise it will take less then 3 weeks.

per received 12 nov

Just received an email from CIC (for my enquiry dated 25 Sep,14). They have stated that "we received your application and its under review .. Application Date 13th Aug. That means thank GOD , its still with them and have not returned.

AOR Updated - Last Date is Nov 13 for applicant from 6/10 (Anis-vaia - Awesome News! Another week or two to get MR)
VO Process - Last Date is Nov 10 for applicant from 5/12 (piklu99-vaia - Yipee!!)
MR Request - Last Date is Nov 12 for applicant from 5/26 (Immasum-vaia - CONGRATULATIONS!) & 5/12 (Sohel-vaia ! CONGRATS)

Unfortunately, SGVO still processing May-end and June-mid apps. Long way to go for July-mid!! :'( Keeping the faith

It's a case in majority, once they get good news they start celebrating without updating SS not considering that their timelines does help others *sigh* , sometimes I feel after Feb 2015 this forum will become very slow since majority would have gotten their Visas and the new ones will be without answers. Although seniors would have left a Golden forum full of information for the newbies, still I'd request seniors or the one's who get their Visas to give this forum a lil peek from time to time! (i.e, If you guys can). Thank you
