Hi Guys, especially the seniors and 2171 applicants. I did some excel working on my chances of falling within cap. Let me know if the below makes sense or it is just wishful thinking. the 'Update as of date' is from the last rejected app date that we know from this forum. The 3rd and 4th columns are predictions only. In your opinion, how far do you think I am from reality?

By this time your DD should already be encashed as the later App CC was charged.

Dear i think if CIC refuse your case they will returned your application and before till date it was delivered to you...so you wait for some time i am sure u will get good news..dnt tk tension brother.

Finally got my GCMS Yesterday.

Surprising facts:
> They created my file almost a month before my PER.
> They share all your info with the USA.
> I had an Auto-Email assigned for issuing PER almost a week before I got my Actual PER. But then it was cancelled.
> NDVO received my package within 2 weeks of PER.
> They started to work on my file early Oct and forwarded my file to ECU.
> Just my criminality is In Progress (Cause i submitted PCC) Rest all is "Not Started".
> CIO, NS has added a big paragraph about the points and eligibility and verification.

This is all I could decipher which might help waiting applicants. For sample GCMS notes goto http://www.gcmsnotes.com/Sample_GCMS_File.pdf.

Rest is almost the same as in the above sample.

Hopefully someone can help me understand more.

No Bro, it's AOR email from CIO NS, I know CIC only sends PER email but somehow I received AOR three days after CC charge. I kept on waiting for PER (positive eligibility email) but not received any as yet

Bro sdy , if possible Can you please share the email , please change all valuable information from it.

Dear all,

I am a 25 July applicant and I still haven't got anything from CIC. I am only worried regarding my reference letter from my previous employer (Ministry of Defense) as they are writing references without company letterhead due to their Confidential Documents Law, but it is signed and stamped properly. So I was forced to send it as I received from them although I know that is a must according the document checklist from CIO. Btw this letter does not bring me any points because it belongs to the NOC which is not on the list of 50 eligible occupations, but I must added it in my 10 years work experience according the CIO. Should this be an issue when CIO agent would estimate my eligibility for entering Canada, what do you think? In the end, I have 71 self-calculated points. Please advice, should I be worried about this?

This seems absolutly fine. Need not worry..... if you are not claiming points for this job then this much documentation is enough fòr proving your employment.

Just got a rejection email from CIO yesterday...I got my File No. last week,,, and ECAS is in process... but the email devastated me because..I was refused because I only got 65..when in FacT it should be 72...they didn't count my relative (Aunt) in Canada as well as my Experience in second Job for NOC 3012..

What Im planning to do now..Is Appeal to the CIO or cic to review the decision...Because its UNFAIR!!!

or if they don't answer..Ill file a case against the decision...

This is a little confusing and unclear.

After your CC was charged, did you receive a PER before you received the NER ?

Or did you receive the NER right after CC charge ?

Also, how do you know that CIC did not consider a part of your total work experience and your adaptability ? Were these elaborated in the NER ?

I would appreciate if you can be a little more transparent.

You need to be in Canada, or ask someone to get GCMS for you who is in Canada. In My case my brother got it. Yo have to download Consent form and sign, scan and Attach while making the request.

And about ECU. I came to know it means Economic Class Unit. That is the division that handles FSW files.
Similarly (Just Guessing) FCU would mean Family Class unit which handles other sponsorship apps.

What happens next even i would want to know because i haven't received MR yet :'(
