Good News friends..

Application:14/05/2014
PER 28/08/2014

Today got email from LVO to submit PCC and RPRF.

Email says regarding RPRF as below:-

"" Right of Permanent Residence (RPRF) payment: You may pay online as an HPM payment- please see directives on how to pay online here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/result.asp?lob=proc&cat=perm
"""

Now expert please advice :
1. How much I need to pay for RPRF ?
2. How to pay? Anyone paid online please advice. Do I need to fill some form or pay directly and print receipt??

OK guys I need some advice a buddy of mine is in a weird situation and I wanted to see what you guys think.

He lives in Dubai and is working there, and has applied and is waiting for this application to be processed. While this is happening he meets this girl from China on a holiday they both like each other fell in love and decide to get married but the problem is that she cannot come to Dubai due to some personal reasons. Although he is willing to go to China and get married now … the thing is that he would like to add her to his application on my advice as I have read through this forum its easier and faster to add spouse during the process rather than after.

Ok now the complication is that they will be separate while the process is happening… from my understanding all he needs from China is a properly attested marriage certificate that he needs to get attested in Dubai as well, her passport copy and English BC.

But will this case be allowed as they are not living in the same country and will the visa office not become into a problem as he has applied to LVO ? Further complications like passport request will be at ADVO but they are not in the same country ?

Please let me know what you guys think … Thanks
FK

I would change by VO in this situation.
I am in South Africa with my passport, I send my passport from there to Delhi and what if passport is needed in South Africa in the meantime for some unforeseen circumstances.
NDVO will return passport to my address in India I suppose.

But if PER is issued, then your file would have already made way to NDVO, not sure if they will route it to SA.

Amit,

I would not stay back in SA and send over my passport to Delhi, obviously I will have to travel back to Delhi and wait till my passport is returned with the visa.
I would like to know what would be the time frame we are looking at here? I presume I would also need to take my family along!

Thanks for your response earlier!

Prasanna

I received PER on 24/9 ,i am in the process of collecting PCC for myself and my wife.

I just noticed that in imm0008 form under '15 a Previous countries of residence' i have mentioned

1. Malaysia

2. Singapore ( though the period of stay is less than 6 months)

I have already got PCC's for Malaysia . Should i inform NDVO about this now before getting MR,PCC request ?

Hi guys,

Assets: 22,000 CAD
liabilities: 6410
POF: 22,000 (Assets in bank certificate)

Is that ok? or will they assume I would use my POF which are my only assets to pay liabilities? Do I have to subtract 22000-6410? If so that would give less POF to show, even though I am not planning to use POF to liabilities.

Help!!!
