you need to have 1 year work ex in the NOC you are applying. so from your current organization ,get a full detailed JOb duties if you have indeed served their for 1 year in the NOC atleast.

for others you can get the offer letters , salary slips , exp letter's that will work

After clicking on "In progress", I found below mentioned line only. Why they have not mentioned about PER?

"We received your application for permanent residence on June 25, 2014."

Yes, that's their status format for PER. No need to worry.

IVR will guide you through, only point is that you have to not react when it asks you to enter your UCI or App no. After three times the call will be transferred to the agent.
The questions they asked me to search my application
1. Family Name
2. First name
3. Date of birth

And to authenticate
1. Country of birth
2. Cell no.

Hi Seniors,

Request another small help... I am re-filling my forms as my previous app which i sent on 29-May was returned to me due to MISSING COPY OF SPOUSE BC.

Is there any space where I need to specify this? That I have applied in FSW-2014 and this is my second attempt?

I see a question in the Schedule A Background declaration form:

Q6. Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your application ever:
d) been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de selection du Qubec (CSQ) or application to the provincial Nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any country?

Do i need to tick on Yes or No for this question?

This is a tricky question which came up in a previous case. In my opinion having your application returned was not a refusal of a visa because no decision was made. It would be like applying for a visit visa without properly filling in the forms.

My name is mentioned here is only FIRST name not as a FIRST NAME & GIVEN NAME ( SAGAR ANAND PATIL)

Is this a concern to worry? I seen some people got rejected because on no name on BC.

Apologies for Bit out of the context question

If in future my parents get visitor visa with 6 months validity for Canada, and at the end of 5th month they move to US for a week (considering they already got US visitor visa from home country). Can they get another extension on visitor visa of 6 months when they come back to Canada from US?

It sounds bit impossible but i have heard this and read somewhere. Wanted to have your opinion.

I need an advice.

My details are as follows:-

App date - 30th June
CC Charged - 16th Oct
PER - 27th Oct
NDVO

I currently live in South Africa and will be in India between 16th Dec and 15th Jan 2015 for holidays. As my PER date is 27th Oct based on stats I'm expecting my MR to be close to end of Dec which is fine as I will be in India but when they request for passport I will be back in SA by then. I'm now confused if I should be changing my VO from New Delhi to Pretoria and do my MR from SA or retain it as NDVO?

Any suggestions?

No problem to be out of the country but you will need to send your PP to NDVO from wherever you are, and you won't have it to travel with while it is at NDVO.
