Hi to All,

If my husband is asking for experience points from a NOC different to the one he is applying, can it be recognized, Noc is 6321 he is applying to NOC 4011?

Another question the restaurant closed so his immediate supervisor has agreed to write a reference letter for him even if it is not in restaurant's letterhead and providing proof that both worked there, should he put the NOC number in the letter or its not necessary?

Hello everyone,

Need a small clarification, CIO received my application on 15th July and am waiting for CC to be charged.

Mean while i have seen some applications rejected or returned from 22nd and 25th July received applications.

Does that mean my application has been reviewed by CIO already and waiting for the CC Charge or is there still a chance of rejection or return of my application??

Hello everyone,

I work (NOC 0015) for a small company that doesn't issue pay slips/stubs. I will be submitting a detailed letter of reference and a copy of my offer letter, both signed by the VP of administration, and a six month bank statement with my application which I will dispatch early next month. Should I ask my company to issue a letter or salary certificate? What can I send in lieu of pay stubs?

No need. You've got enough documentation already. Just make sure your salary is mentioned in your reference letter.

Just want to clarify one point:

Suppose I have worked for 5 different companies in past 10 years and not all have given me a complete reference letter with job duties and responsibilities (main noc category reference letter received) then how to show these work experiences?

Will you get points for the work exp which does not have any detailed reference letters but have all other relevant documentation for proving the work exp or I can simply write that I do not want to claim the points for such work exp. :'(

I suppose CIC is no more accepting self declaration affidavits of job duties and responsibilities.

To get points for your experience CIC has to be convinced that you worked in a NOC at skill type 0 or skill level A or B, meaning they have to match that experience to a particular NOC (even if it's not your primary NOC). Thus they need to know your duties, from someone other than yourself. If you can't get a letter from the company maybe you can get a personal letter from a former supervisor or colleague who knew your duties.

IVR will guide you through, only point is that you have to not react when it asks you to enter your UCI or App no. After three times the call will be transferred to the agent.
The questions they asked me to search my application
1. Family Name
2. First name
3. Date of birth

And to authenticate
1. Country of birth
2. Cell no.

I need an advice.

My details are as follows:-
NOC 2171
App date - 30th June
CC Charged - 16th Oct
PER - 27th Oct
NDVO

I currently live in South Africa and will be in India between 16th Dec and 15th Jan 2015 for holidays. As my PER date is 27th Oct based on stats I'm expecting my MR to be close to end of Dec which is fine as I will be in India but when they request for passport I will be back in SA by then. I'm now confused if I should be changing my VO from New Delhi to Pretoria and do my MR from SA or retain it as NDVO?

Any suggestions?

Now coming back to communication between you n your consultant , he is not sure about getting full money once he delivers PER email to you. That's why he is doing all this.

Else you got lot of suggestions from members to avail UCI from local visa office
