1) Assets
2) Settlement funds.

It has been 11 days since CIC updated the cap. Usually they would be updating the cap every tuesday or every saturday.

I guess they are waiting for NOC-1112 to reach the 1000 cap and give the 2nd shock to all the applicants (after what they did with 2174 NOC).

Anyone here share the same sentiments as me ?

You MUST get Experience letter as stated and guided in the checklist (must cover all the points).

Along with that attach supporting documents like Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Increment Letters and Salary Slips (U can also attach Form 16 and ITR filed if number of salary slips are more). and Make sure that all the supporting documents are attested by notary properly.

Certainly it can be sent now. In one case, they did not notice 10th grade certificate (LazyBoy7199). So to be in safer side, sending affidavit of BC won't harm you.

I got the salary slips on the company's letterhead ... but there is no signature of anyone at the bottom ... Is it fine for the salary slip ?

fine as most of the pay slips generated these days are computer generated and do not require signatures.

I don't know how to share a link here. I made a report in google spreadsheets. So, everybody could check this prediction - it's simple math. I believe that every from noc217* with math background must have ability to easily make the same prediction. It's based only on numbers.

Asset --> Any asset/property in your name. Like house/plot or any sort of property/
Settlement funds --> Liquid amount available in you rbank account. It can be in savings account, in the form of FD.

Step 1:
Write a cover letter explaining missing of name in BC but 10th grade certificate has all information. Also affidavit of BC has been attached. Mention your Full Name, DoB, UCI (of you have any), Passport number. Also provide the detail of when and who received your original package through which courier. Send the letter with affidavit at:

CIO Correspondence

Step 2:
After one week of your additional documents being received to CIO, send e-mail at cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca asking whether your additional documents have been added to the original application package. Attach the scan copy of your affidavit. Mention your Full Name, DoB, UCI (of you have any), Passport number. Also provide the detail of when and who received your original package as well as additional documents through which couriers.

Step 3:
Relax and chill.

i dont know why and how people are predicting that still after closing of noc 2174, the september applicants will be under cap.........what i am seeing is that hardly even any mid july applicant will be under cap......its over folks. the last applicants under cap were those of 1st week of July. the game is over for 2174. good luck.
