Hi All,

Is there any possibility of extending the MR & PCC submission date. NDVO has given 45, I think its standard for all of us.

Please advise.

@ Candidates who have submitted Saudi PCC

Regarding PCC (specifically from KSA): I have got Saudi PCC and its translated copy (Arabic to English) along with translators stamp on original and translators certificate attested from Chamber of Commerce (Usual place in KSA to get such things attested). i.e. translation formalities have been completed (as i did for docs already accepted by CIC).

Do i need to get it (original or translation) attested from anywhere else, such Ministry of Foreign Affairs????

I believe you may have to get attestation from your embassy/consulate in KSA in that translated copy to complete the process... Normally any translated certificate taking outside to KSA needs embassy attestation. But MoFA is not required if you already got PCC from Police.

1. Translated copy of birth certi (on 20rs stamp paper) with notary stamp, sign and details of registeration etc. (affidavit not done)
2. Original birth certi's (non english) notarized copy
3. SSC birth certi copy (shows my DOB in words and numbers with my father's name)
4. School leaving certi copy (shows my DOB in words and numbers with my father's name)

is this OK?

Would request any guys who have already received their MR and RPRF, may share about Phone calls or Checks done by Local Visa Office or specifically NDVO to your employers and yourself, would like to know what questions they ask, what information they ask from you or your employer, any information or advise regarding the same will be really helpfull......

Hi All,

I have a question on PCC validity. I'm 30-May applicant and I received PER on 24-Sep and waiting for MR and PCC.

I have a PCC from India dated 6-Jun-2014. Can I send this 5 months old PCC if NDVO requests for it or should I apply for a new one?

Not sure what's going on with CIC.......I am beginning to lose my patience now and thinking of applying again.....not sure if our files have been misplaced.....there are lot of people from June 2nd week who are still waiting for first step to get cleared.....I have mailed them as well but not expecting a quick answer.......really not sure if I should wait more or apply again under a different NOC.

Dear Friends,

My file got rejected coz of Wes report ,failed to calculate points for Diploma nurses from India, ALSO MY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS with CIC,(eg IELTS)

I am planning to apply with my spouse points, for that i need to submit IELTS report, and IDP will not issue a duplicate report. ( I have the UCI no)

Kindly tell me what to do ????? to get the IELTS report .

You can show your UCI number and POD (proof of delivery) and tell them that CIO wants original IELTS, people on the forum generally got second copy of ielts, if they show pod and uci.

Anyone in cap 2173 has received PER. I had sent the application during May last week and as per the FedEx they have delivered it on 27th May 2014. till date no news at all. am getting bit worried. well.. to add more info..i had sent DD to them. is there a way to find out any with cic the status without having file/receipt number.. thanks for your help/suggestions in advance

It means that files have been returned by CIO, NS and not VO.

1. Are your sure you have not missed out any emails ?
2. check with your bank regarding the DD encashment status
3. you can shoot an email to CIC regarding your status of app, normally they revert back in about 4 weeks time.
4. If you have UCI # from last year, if might have applied the same UCI# you can check your status on CIC website.

I check my ecas and it says "we started processing your application on October 17, 2014". How many days should I wait before they request Medical? thanks
