Request help from NOC 2171 friends to let me know if below job description passes perfectly for 2171 and if I need not be worried.
I have been carrying out all these duties. My application received date is 3rd July (paid by DD) and while I am awaiting DD charge and PER, for my peace of mind, request some one from NOC 2171 (preferably SAP consultants/managers) to review and let me know if all is well as far as my job description goes.
I had to rely on e-mail and signature from reporting manager as HR denied giving me experience letter in CIC prescribed format.
I also included print out of HR denial e-mail as part of my application package sent to CIC.

• Work as an SAP SRM system expert in SAP application maintenance engagements and in SAP implementation, roll-out and upgrade projects
• Identify, analyse and investigate business processes, working practices and procedures in order to find and eliminate inefficiencies by recommending SAP information system best practices and by enhancing system functionality and behavior.
• Evaluate and review current IT system landscape, processes and methods to suggest modifications, additional components and design new systems in order to meet current and future expected needs of business users of SAP system.
• Work with functional business users of the client organization to gather and document system requirements. Develop system functional specifications and collaborate with system developers to create system and software solutions as per business requirements.
• Plan, design, build, test and deploy solutions in line with project plans and expected business benefits
• Develop end user training manuals and conduct business user training to teach system functionality
• Manage problem and issue resolution
• Prepare source and target systems for copy from production to quality system. After system copy is executed and system released, execute system restore activities of the quality system.
• Streamline incident management process
• Support client's business by providing SAP best practice system configuration skills.
• Manage service delivery from the production support team
