Thanks Shah sb, there is indeed a very pathetic issue that I just got confirmation from AEO that they do not issue duplicate IELTS test result, instead they can send them to the CIO (which CIO clearly mentioned that don't do that) now the question is, what should be done then ? it is ridiculous...
