hi every one

i applied to FWS 2013 BUT cic returned my application as incomplete ,because i did not submite the ECA REPORT.now i applied to FWD2014 and i collected the 70 points as initial assessment.my Q is ::: The cic recieved my application yesterday the mail sent about 5 days in airmail but when i tracked my application online,i saw elivered to: DONNIE CITIZENSHIP & IMMIGRATION ? what is DONNIE IS IT THE NAME OF PERSON OR WHAT????? PLEASE TELL ME


And also when i expect to hear about my application Current Status ? if approve or not

When they charge CC do they check if all the documents are accurate? I mean if i git my cc charged it means all documents are ok?

Yes,

99% it means all docs are up to the mark....after that during PER they will calculate the points are getting....also they see the JDs in the reference letter sometimes.....but be sure all docs are good after they charge CC....enjoy..

Ideally yes. But it won't be an issue. It won't prevent CIO from encashing DD.

Buddy, i am also 14th may applicant and not received MR request and ECAS is also not updated. Forum members have told me to chill as there are many 7th,8th and 9th may applicant is waiting. So relax for now and wait and we will get the good news soon...

I am May 14 applicant and have not yet received MR from NDVO. My ECAS status is also not updated. It only shows "We received your application on May 14"

Below are the details:

Category: 2174
App Received: May 14th
PER Received: August 21
VO: NDVO
ECAS: We received your application on May 14

Folks with App received up to May 22nd have started getting MR from NDVO.

As per spreadsheet, I was the first applicant for PER for May 14th received date. However, Its been 60 days now post I received my PER on Aug 21, but still no update for Processing started or MR. Do i contact NDVO for this? Please suggest.

dont worry,
i personal know around 5 people who are in same boat as U r!!
there are many people of 12th june, 13th june, etc who r waiting for medicals...
u all will hear good news soon.....

reasons behind delay in medicals could be----
1). more than one experience letters ( which requires more time for background check)
2). NO salary statements attached
3). No tax return statements attached.
4). few affidavits missing (regarding Birth certificate, etc)
etc...
but these are only my point of view....

I have a confusion ... it is mentioned that you also must mention the benefits along with the annual salary you receive ... I do not have any additional benefit , only basic salary is given to me ... so in this case ... what should be mentioned on my experience letter ?

1) This is also certified that his annual salary is **** CAD with no other benefits.

OR

2) This is also certified that his annual salary is **** CAD.

Which statement should be mentioned ?

You should definetely mind your language. I just refered you to a free encyclopedia article. You can edit it, if you think it's biased rather than throwing sh*t on the fan in our nice community. And if you prefer to get the discussion on personal level, I take no pride in the actions of my government, and I am more critical of it than most of the hawkish foreign media. If somebody decided to say that most Russians are brainwashed by state propaganda and military frenzy (especially in the form of a joke), I would only give +1 for that. Having said that, I reaffirm there is no racial arguement in Jaxon's joke. He was refering to an established mem, that is based on illegal activity of a PORTION of the Nigerian nation, whose activity is found illegal by Nigerian government.

Diplomatru, there is no point in having a discussion with extremists who think it's ok to directly racially attack someone and can't tolerate a joke only referring to a meme. I'd suggest to simply ignore them in future!

I'd be sorry to Diplomatru, Future_Canadian and CanOl who had to go thru unnecessary trouble due to my post. Otherwise, those who ever even slightly offended have taken double revenge and only harmed themselves by using harsh language and acting beyond reasonable limit. I am not offended by that joke on Indian email so I don't expect an apology from anyone, one because it said more about the person writing than India, two because jokes like this doesn't define what my country is.

I hope you are sure the have evaluated you nursing diploma and not your BA degree... WES verify nursing diploma on province to province basis.. Check you and your friends verified it for same province

I had completed my Nursing Diploma for 3 years in my home country Pakistan in 1996, then I completed my BA in 1998, my study for Bachelor's was for 2 years, total years of study is 5 years after my grade 12 or higher secondary education with an institution well recognized by WES.
When I submitted all my degrees and transcripts to WES for evaluation they evaluate it total as 2 years of Nursing Diploma, I am currently living in Dubai and working as Registered Nurse here since last 15 years with License, for immigration got 68 points even with 2 years Diploma so I submitted the report to CIC, but as my occupation needs to get License, the Canada Nursing Board will not allow me to practice as Registered Nurse with 2 years Diploma equivalency, I have other Nurses who has done the same Diploma with same duration from the same Hospital from where I did mine in my country got evaluation as 3 Years Nursing Diploma.
How can I question WES to check my evaluation, why is this difference with both evaluations if the study period, Diploma and even institution is same and same country, please help me in this regard.

Dear All

This is quite unfortunate that , I applied twice and got my file return due to not providing an original ECA report . I applied on june 02 and and June 27 .The file I got return has all check marks and seems all things are Okay . Since both the files are return and to avail the opportunity I sent another application and supplied all the original documents .
I want some clarification if any of you can please clarify . The letter I got from CIC has a lot of stuff but the only important thing is they marked with Highlighter is not provided an original ECA report .Additionally they also mention but with just a note as

"Your letter of employment must clearly give evidence showing that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement and that you have performed a substantial number of main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of NOC including all the essential duties "

Although I compare my experience letter and it is almost the same as duties mention in NOC . I request you guys to please suggest me what are the things do I need to care to mention on my Experience Letter .

if they had evaluated my Diploma then they will not write as 2 years of Nursing Diploma, as mu Bachelor's is in Art degree, yes I checked both of us had done for Ontario Province,
